About Silky Pahlajani, M.D.
Silky Pahlajani, MD is an Assistant Professor of Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry in the Department of Neurology at ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ Medical College. She is also an Assistant Attending at New-York Presbyterian Hospital/ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ Medical Center. She completed her residency training at New York Medical College where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. She subsequently completed two fellowships, one in Behavioral Neurology/Neuropsychiatry at University of Illinois-Chicago and Autoimmune/Neuroinflammatory Brain Disorders at Lenox Hill Hospital prior to joining the ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ faculty in the Memory Disorders Division. Dr. Pahlajani is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology. She is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Neurology, and American Neuropsychiatric Association.
In addition to seeing patients with Alzheimer’s disease, Dr. Pahlajani specializes in rapidly progressive dementias, various types of autoimmune encephalitis and traumatic brain injury.
